Salesforce Authentication

In order to interact with your Salesforce account, you will first be required to authenticate your connection to ReplyBuy Messenger. This can easily be done through the “CRM Integrations” page, which is accessible from your Settings tab.

After successful authentication, you will be redirected to Messenger and your active integration should appear like below:

Salesforce Integration Usage

Now that you have successfully authenticated your Salesforce account, you can use ReplyBuy Messenger to Log Calls, Add Opportunities, Add Notes, and Add Tasks to your Salesforce contacts. Provided below is a visual walkthrough of what these different features look like in Messenger, as well as the resulting entities created in Salesforce.

Salesforce Auto-Sync

Messenger Admins now have the ability to import contacts (including basic contact info and supplied custom attributes) from their integrated CRM. There is a brief setup step where you can supply the attributes you would like included in your returned data, as well as provide attributes and values to filter/segment your import into specific groups. Click on the “Import Contacts” button and you will be presented with the Contact Import Configuration Wizard.

Salesforce Conversation Logging

By enabling Conversation Logging for Microsoft Dynamics, conversation messages (both incoming and outgoing) will be logged automatically to the CRM contact history and CRM timeline. Conversation Logging can be enabled by accessing the Microsoft Dynamics integration Preferences at Settings > CRM Integrations:
